Spanish‑Speaking Medical Information Specialist (Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Medical Information Specialist to join ProPharma’s global Medical Information team. This graduate‑level position supports the safe and effective use of our clients’ pharmaceutical, biotech and medical‑device products by providing accurate, science‑based information to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety‑related enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and consumers via phone, email and web platforms in both Spanish and English.
• Search and retrieve product‑specific clinical, regulatory and safety data using internal knowledge bases and reference materials.
• Document all interactions in compliance with pharmacovigilance and data‑privacy regulations.
• Escalate adverse‑event reports and other critical safety issues to the pharmacovigilance team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure up‑to‑date information is provided.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or Medicine.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and scientific accuracy.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills for telephone and email interactions.
