Supervisor Maintenance

About the role

Brose Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team across all shifts in a fast‑growing, family‑owned manufacturing environment. The role ensures high equipment availability, drives KPI achievement and supports continuous improvement of production assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team across all shifts, managing daily operations, escalations and technical support on the shop floor.
• Plan, prioritize and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in line with production needs.
• Participate in production meetings to guarantee technical availability of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring and maintenance‑skills matrix management.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues, implement corrective actions and monitor spare‑parts consumption to drive cost‑effective practices.
• Manage workforce planning, including shift schedules, vacations and payroll‑related activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Required profile

• Secondary Technical Education (4‑year technical school, Level IV).
• Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and maintenance best practices.
• Results‑oriented with excellent prioritisation and team‑development skills.
