About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Surveillance to manage and enhance our security operations in Belgrade. You will oversee daily surveillance activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous improvement using advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily surveillance operations, maintaining safety and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of surveillance officers.
• Coordinate incident response, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Utilise CCTV and other surveillance technologies to optimise security measures.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in surveillance or security, preferably with leadership duties.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
