About the role

Atlantic is looking for a Production Technologist to join its manufacturing team in Belgrade. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality and safety throughout the production process while supporting the development of new food products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the status of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished products to guarantee compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and execute process testing plans and contribute to HACCP studies.
• Collaborate with the development department to design technological processes for new product launches.
• Educate staff on food‑safety standards and operational procedures to maintain high product quality.
• Motivate team members and foster harmonious working relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar production technologist role.
• Degree in Technology, Food Science, Agriculture or a related field.
• Openness to work with diverse team members.
• Flexibility and a solution‑oriented mindset.
