Trainee Lawyer – Join a Growing Law Firm

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Lawyer to join our team and start a legal career working alongside experienced attorneys. You will be involved from day one in real client matters, gaining hands‑on experience across corporate and commercial law.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse statutes, case law and other sources.
• Draft agreements, legal opinions, submissions and other documents.
• Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on clients.
• Assist with court and administrative proceedings, including case analysis, document preparation and attendance at hearings.
• Support corporate matters such as company formations, reorganisations and filings with registries and notaries.

Required profile

• Law degree with a strong academic record.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High accuracy, reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and continuously improve.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
