VIP Account Manager - Dutch language

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch‑speaking high‑value players, delivering personalised service and driving retention. Based in our Belgrade office, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure a premium experience for each VIP client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Dutch‑speaking VIP players and ensure top‑level customer experience.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and proactively introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity, identify opportunities and risks, and provide tailored solutions to maximise engagement.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues quickly and act as the go‑to contact for VIP clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies that increase player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years experience in VIP or account management within the iGaming/gambling sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
