VIP Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking VIP players, ensuring exceptional service and driving retention and growth. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for increased engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of French‑speaking VIP players and deliver top‑level customer experience.
• Proactively contact players to introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to spot opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide personalized service and tailored solutions to maximise engagement.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues quickly as the go‑to contact for VIP clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies that increase player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in a VIP/Account Management role within the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
