Web & Digital Analytics Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Novakid is an online English school for kids that runs paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and affiliate networks. The Web & Digital Analytics Engineer will own the data pipeline that powers smart bidding, ensuring clean, reliable conversion data and reducing manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation layers for PPC, including auto‑pause and alert rules across all key markets.
• Synchronise audience data from the CRM to Meta, TikTok and Reddit via automated processes.
• Build scheduled performance checks and reporting using platform APIs and AI tools.
• Own conversion tracking on all ad platforms, handling client‑side and server‑side tagging, deduplication and consent management.
• Create and verify tracking setups for new channels and markets, delivering end‑to‑end validation.
• Write clear engineering tickets for backend changes, test fixes and ensure rapid resolution of broken events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with conversion tracking or ad‑platform automation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and ability to debug JavaScript tags and network requests.
• Experience with server‑side event APIs such as Meta Conversions API or TikTok Events API.
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and comfort scripting with platform APIs, n8n or Make.
• English at B2 level for direct communication with partner engineers.
