Associate Contract Manager

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Associate Contract Manager to lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates and related parameters for its clinical research portfolio. The role supports global clients, ensuring contractual risk is assessed and managed in line with company and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates, processes, and negotiation parameters with assigned clients.
• Provide contractual risk assessments and act as liaison with the legal department on process improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate contractual terms within approved parameters and communicate expectations to internal teams.
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks according to PPD and client guidelines.
• Serve as regional escalation contact for term and condition revisions outside standard parameters.
• Collaborate with internal functional departments to coordinate site‑specific requirements.
