Compliance Officer

About the role

Vision Compliance is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to deliver compliance services for a portfolio of international clients. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work across diverse industries and EU regulatory topics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting priorities and deadlines.
• Interpret EU legislation and regulatory guidance independently.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions and draft policies, procedures, assessments and internal guidance.
• Research new regulations, assess their impact and advise clients accordingly.
• Coordinate colleagues and external specialists involved in client engagements.
• Support internal quality processes and coordinate compliance matters across the Vision Compliance group.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to clients.

Required profile

• Law degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong confidence in interpreting EU legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Quick learner with interest in new regulatory topics.
• Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
