Waiter – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join the Courtyard by Marriott team in Belgrade as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal is served with professionalism and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Serve food and beverages, answer guest questions about the menu, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.
• Perform light physical tasks such as lifting trays (up to 25 lb) and moving supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
