Accountant – Supplier Invoicing & A/P Specialist

About the role

Eagle Wireless is seeking an Accountant to manage supplier invoicing and support accounts payable/receivable processes across its international entities. You will work with teams in Serbia, Germany and Italy, ensuring accurate payment processing and compliance with e‑invoicing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payments of supplier invoices for entities in Serbia, Germany, and Italy.
• Review and approve supplier invoices using the E‑Invoicing portal (SEF).
• Maintain e‑archiving of accounting documentation such as sales and purchase invoices and employee expenses.
• Process supplier invoices through the approval workflow tool.
• Co‑operate with external accounting agencies and align company records.
• Support A/P and A/R processes, including invoice tracking and payment follow‑up.
• Reconcile records with suppliers and customers.
• Record financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and receipts, in the accounting system.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with senior accountant and finance team on ad‑hoc tasks and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
