About the role
This Finance Analyst role supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive business performance and decision‑making. You will work closely with senior FP&A team members to ensure accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial data to prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Prepare variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key drivers.
- Monitor business performance metrics and help create dashboards and scorecards.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial research and analysis for senior leadership projects.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in finance or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
