Accounting & Tax Manager – Belgrade

About the role

You will lead the accounting and tax function for the Serbian entity, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and group reporting standards. Based in Belgrade, you will manage a team of accounting professionals and act as a key partner to finance leaders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Accounting & Finance Manager and regional finance directors in delivering accurate local, statutory and group reports.
• Oversee tax accounting, statutory filings and government statistical surveys.
• Ensure compliance with treasury, statutory regulations and audit requirements.
• Implement and continuously improve processes, applying WCM methodologies and global best practices.
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to meet performance targets and service level agreements.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• ACC​A or CIMA qualification or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Serbian accounting, tax legislation and IFRS.
• Fluent in English and Serbian with excellent analytical and communication skills.
