Assistant Auditor – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of experience to join a dynamic team of young auditors. You will be part of a Dutch audit firm’s Serbian team, benefiting from an intensive training program and a culture that values innovation, efficiency and fun.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and organise client files.
• Perform audit work in line with Dutch audit standards.
• Maintain high‑quality standards throughout each audit.
• Carry out audit assignments for a variety of clients and maintain regular client contact.
• Participate in team activities aimed at improving operational processes.
• Continuously learn and develop professional audit skills.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic starter who takes initiative and asks questions.
• Team player who enjoys thinking outside the box.
• Nearly completed studies in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Enrolled or about to enrol in a professional qualification programme (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Passion for the audit profession.
• 0–3 years of audit practice experience.
• Eagerness to work in an ambitious, innovative audit environment.
