Brand & Operations Manager

About the role

Excelsior Group is seeking a Brand & Marketplace Operations Manager to drive sales performance of a portfolio of new consumer products. The role is open to both junior and senior candidates and offers fast‑track growth, cross‑functional ownership and direct impact on company revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define pricing and marketing strategy for each product, keeping customer interests in mind.
• Analyze product performance and market response on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate inventory with production and logistics to meet sales targets and avoid stockouts or excess.
• Own or support product launches, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate strategic decisions and updates clearly to the team.
• Mentor junior operations team members (senior level).
• Manage a Virtual Assistant to scale portfolio management (senior level).

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent numerical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Understanding of basic business metrics such as gross profit, ROI, COGS and days of inventory.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment.
• Curious, creative and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Knowledge of Pay‑per‑Click (PPC) advertising.
• Experience launching and managing e‑commerce products.
