Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

About the role

We are looking for a senior B2B Marketing Manager to work directly with the CEO and build a high‑performing marketing engine for our licensed international crypto payment processing platform. The role is fully remote and offers complete execution freedom.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale the B2B marketing function from scratch, testing low‑cost hypotheses and measuring ROI.
• Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, and sales collateral such as one‑pagers, case studies and pitch decks.
• Oversee website updates, redesigns and multi‑channel acquisition funnels (performance marketing, SEO, PR, content, offline events).
• Select, brief and manage external agencies and freelancers across design, copywriting, performance, SEO and PR.
• Plan and execute international B2B conferences, including booth setup, client invitations and on‑site meetings.
• Conduct customer development interviews, competitor analysis and market sizing to guide executive decisions on geographies, verticals and value propositions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B fintech, payment gateways or crypto payment processing.
• Proven track record of building marketing functions as a solo marketer or in small teams (2‑3 people).
• Hands‑on experience setting KPIs, managing budgets and evaluating agency performance.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) for international research and merchant communications.
• Residence outside Russia and Belarus with unrestricted access to global marketing platforms.
