Client Solutions Manager – Pinterest

About the role

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead Pinterest advertising initiatives for our clients in Belgrade. You will act as a strategic partner, overseeing campaign performance, delivering data‑driven recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from onboarding through growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow strong relationships with existing business clients.
• Assist in onboarding new strategic clients and guide them through campaign setup and activation.
• Own campaign performance across Pinterest advertising, conduct account audits and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
• Provide strategic guidance based on analytics, market trends and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and upscaling campaigns.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in search and performance advertising.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and proactive insights.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and implement preventive solutions.
• Contribute to scalable account‑management processes and operational excellence.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, operations and performance teams while maintaining continuous product and industry knowledge.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, client success or performance marketing.
• Experience managing and optimizing Pinterest campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution, and experience conducting campaign audits.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion.
• Experience working with advertising agencies is highly preferred.
• Exposure to B2B marketing strategies is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of online advertising, analytics and digital performance metrics.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
