Demand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Marketing Manager based in Belgrade to drive and accelerate marketing growth, ensuring marketing‑impacted sales and revenue targets are met. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and business stakeholders to grow demand across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and project‑manage integrated multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Sales to develop global campaigns with localized elements.
• Manage creation and distribution of campaign assets such as ads, emails and webinars.
• Track performance, present results and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure lead capture and flow into Eloqua and Salesforce marketing automation systems.
• Oversee external vendors to optimize execution and performance.
• Analyze data to continuously improve demand programs and marketing effectiveness.
• Source Marketing Qualified Leads and drive Sales Pipeline Value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of B2B digital demand marketing experience, preferably in a complex matrixed organization.
• 2+ years developing integrated multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Proficient English language skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google, LinkedIn and Meta advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce and marketing attribution models.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Eloqua.
