Cluster HR Manager – Adriatic Region

About the role

As the Cluster HR Manager for the Adriatic region, you will serve as the senior HR partner for business and country leaders across multiple countries. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, ensure consistent and compliant HR practices, and provide trusted advice on complex organisational and employee matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning business goals with people actions across the Adriatic countries and Bulgaria.
• Provide cluster‑wide HR governance to guarantee consistent, compliant, business‑focused practices.
• Advise and coach leaders on workforce planning, leadership capability, performance, talent, succession, engagement and culture.
• Lead or coordinate complex employee and labour‑relations issues, including organisational changes and consultations with employee representatives.
• Identify people‑related risks, evaluate options and deliver balanced, commercially sound recommendations.
• Support business transformation initiatives such as restructuring, workforce changes and integration activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and People Operations to deliver an integrated employee experience.
• Champion global and regional HR programs, adapting them to local legal contexts.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification and standardisation of HR processes while respecting local requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner, Country HR or comparable strategic HR role within an international, matrixed organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to support senior business leaders and influence decisions in complex, ambiguous or sensitive situations.
• Strong employee and labour‑relations expertise.
• Excellent judgement, business acumen and the capacity to create alignment across organisational and geographical boundaries.
