AI-First Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM & Tech)

About the role

Smartcat is seeking an AI‑first Talent Acquisition Partner to drive talent density across Go‑to‑Market, Product, Engineering and G&A functions. You will combine data‑driven recruiting with cutting‑edge AI tools to attract, assess and close high‑performing talent in a fast‑scaling environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end searches from Individual Contributor to Director level across multiple functions.
• Design and execute rigorous evaluation processes focused on capability, motivation, adaptability and long‑term impact.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, outreach, interview preparation, market mapping and process efficiency.
• Meet or exceed quarterly hiring goals while driving urgency and accountability across hiring teams.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve them to protect business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, influencing hiring strategy, compensation positioning and org design.
• Continuously experiment with new workflows, automations and recruiting technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting high‑performing talent in high‑growth, high‑accountability environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and market insights.
• Excellent partnership skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI‑driven recruiting processes and tools.
