Creative Producer (Mid-Level) – Social Ads

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of high‑impact ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google. You will work closely with our User Acquisition (UA) team to translate performance goals into compelling static and video assets that drive key metrics such as conversion rate, CPA and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full creative production workflow from brief creation to final asset delivery for multiple products.
• Convert data‑driven insights into clear, actionable briefs that guide designers, editors and AI teams.
• Provide precise, reasoned feedback and communicate the rationale behind creative changes.
• Develop and maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines for freelancers and external agencies.
• Collaborate with UA specialists to define testing hypotheses and creative iteration plans.
• Align timelines and priorities with stakeholders to ensure rapid production cycles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production, especially on Meta, TikTok or Google platforms.
• Proven portfolio of high‑performing ad creatives with significant spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
