Creative Producer – Remote (Female‑Oriented Product)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative testing framework for our female‑oriented social discovery product. Working remotely, you will turn performance data and market insights into winning creative concepts that drive user acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the hypothesis‑to‑verdict pipeline, set data thresholds and stop‑loss rules for creative decisions.
• Generate creative hypotheses using performance metrics, competitor analysis (Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center) and trends from e‑commerce, gaming and dating verticals.
• Brief designers and oversee AI‑generated assets using tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney or HeyGen.
• Coordinate testing execution with the user acquisition team and monitor metrics like hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS and cohort retention.
• Transform test results into a taxonomy/knowledge base and produce weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or high‑volume creative operations (hundreds of assets per quarter) within e‑commerce, gaming or dating.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI video and image tools and the ability to select the appropriate tool for each task.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Excellent brief‑writing skills to convey hypotheses, constants and references clearly.
• Fluent English for the US market; editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or After Effects are a plus.

• Video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects.
• Data analysis with spreadsheets and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
