DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to shape the security posture of high‑scale cloud environments. You will drive the security roadmap, automate pipelines and embed a robust security culture directly within our engineering ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic security roadmap and DevSecOps culture across the organization.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to design secure Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, Istio service‑mesh configurations and related infrastructure.
• Mentor and train engineering teams on security best practices and hand over secure architectural services.
• Deploy and configure Open Policy Agent (OPA) and advanced virtualization security analyzers.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines and secure IaC frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Integrate continuous security scanning tools into deployment pipelines.
• Automate complex security processes and compliance checks through custom workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and cloud security (AWS or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, service‑mesh technologies and configuration management tools.
• Proven ability to audit cloud infrastructure, identify security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management automation and secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
• Understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and OWASP SAMM v2.
• Solid fundamentals in version control (Git), web server/database administration, TCP/IP and OSI model.
