Product Lead (Analytics & ML)

About the role

Adapty is looking for a Product Lead to own the predictions, analytics and A/B testing products that power revenue insights for mobile apps. You will shape the LTV prediction engine, improve dashboard performance and decide how to leverage existing ML capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for the prediction engine, ensuring accuracy and trust for customers.
• Lead a small ML team, set priorities, and recruit new members.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in dashboards and analytics tools.
• Determine the best use of unused ML assets across products.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with code or machine‑learning models, able to make technical decisions independently.
• Strong mathematical background and familiarity with classical ML techniques and evaluation metrics.
• Proven product ownership experience, with concrete shipped outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with data and SQL queries.
