About the role

US‑based logistics company is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Dispatcher to join our team at the Belgrade office. In this role you will oversee daily US operations and truckload shipments, manage a team of drivers and execute dispatch functions while delivering top‑level customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to freight brokers and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in US trucking.
• Availability to work evening hours from 14:00 to 23:00.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations.
