Order and Delivery Management Intern

About the role

Join the Customer Unit Supply team as an Order and Delivery Management Intern. You will help execute and monitor customer orders, support on‑time delivery, and collaborate with project, supply chain, logistics, and customer teams in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer order fulfilment and delivery execution.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, changes, cancellations, and risks.
• Maintain tracking reports, dashboards, documentation, and accurate supply chain data.
• Support goods receipt and goods issue processes.
• Follow up with stakeholders and help manage delivery escalations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with project, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; good Microsoft Excel skills; ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment; fluent written and spoken English.
