E-commerce Operations Data Analyst – Validation & Reconciliation

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Data Validation & Reconciliation Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our e‑commerce supply‑chain reporting. Working remotely, you will partner with operations, inventory, and IT teams to investigate data discrepancies, maintain daily audit logs, and drive systematic improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive root‑cause analysis of mismatches in purchase orders, build validations, inbound/outbound flows, and item receipts.
• Monitor error logs, update tracking in Asana, and produce daily summaries of unresolved errors and blockers.
• Document and escalate false‑positive and false‑negative system flags to refine validation logic.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long‑term fixes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply‑chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
