Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst – Validation & Reconciliation

About the role

The Operations Data Validation & Reconciliation Specialist ensures the accuracy and integrity of supply chain reporting. Working remotely, you will partner with operations, inventory, and IT teams to investigate data discrepancies and implement lasting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis of operational report discrepancies across purchase order, build, inbound/outbound, and item receipt validations.
• Monitor error logs, maintain daily tracking in Asana, and provide summaries of unresolved errors, error rates, and blockers.
• Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors, refining validation accuracy for false positives and false negatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long‑term fixes.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause investigation.
• High attention to detail and proactive communication of findings and blockers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using project management tools, specifically Asana.
