Ecosystem Content Manager

About the role

Solflare is seeking an Ecosystem Content Manager to shape its voice on Crypto Twitter (X) and across the Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate lives on Crypto Twitter, understands Solana trends, and can turn memes and real‑time reactions into authentic brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Own Solflare’s X presence, creating daily posts, threads, memes and real‑time reactions that keep the brand top‑of‑mind.
• Design reply strategies that deepen community relationships rather than merely acknowledge notifications.
• Collaborate with partners through quote reposts, conversations and joint campaigns to broaden reach.
• Provide launch‑day social coverage that turns product releases into engaging community moments.
• Monitor competitors, ecosystem news and emerging narratives to spot opportunities before they become trends.
• Build authentic relationships with creators, founders and community leaders across Solana.
• Adapt crypto culture, memes and trends into native content while preserving Solflare’s brand tone.
• Film simple product tutorials and walkthroughs to help users maximize the Solflare app.
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Design to ensure campaigns are accurate, engaging and community‑first.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience creating content and managing social media for crypto or Web3 brands.
• Deep, native understanding of Crypto Twitter, its language, influencers and meme cycles.
• Passion for the Solana ecosystem and ability to identify trends before they spread.
• Strong storytelling instincts and a knack for turning technical updates into compelling social posts.

Required skills

• Content creation for social platforms (especially X/Twitter).
• Community building and engagement strategy.
• Trend monitoring and rapid response.
• Basic video filming and editing for product tutorials.
• Collaboration with product, marketing and design teams.
