GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows for its global clients. This fully remote, full‑time position operates as an independent contractor, focusing on building high‑converting funnels, CRM structures, and API integrations within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end automation workflows, triggers, and lead‑nurturing sequences.
• Design, build, and optimise landing pages, funnels, and membership sites on the GHL platform.
• Maintain CRM architecture, ensuring clean data segmentation and accurate lead attribution.
• Troubleshoot SMTP, domain configuration, and third‑party integration issues.
• Develop SMS and email marketing sequences to drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor account snapshots and conduct regular audits across client sub‑accounts.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with GoHighLevel and a portfolio of successful builds.
• Strong understanding of CRM logic, workflow triggers, and custom fields.
• Experience using Zapier or Make (Integromat) for external integrations.
• Technical knowledge of DNS settings, email deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and webhooks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
