End User Computing (EUC) Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive End User Computing (EUC) Manager to shape and enhance the workplace technology experience across our organization. You will own the end‑user device ecosystem, corporate accounts, SaaS access, and automation of onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring a secure and seamless digital experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, Google Workspace, Slack and other SaaS tools.
• Manage IAM, SSO, access policies and secure connections to key applications.
• Design and automate onboarding/off‑boarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation.
• Oversee endpoint security, device lifecycle, and asset management for a distributed workforce.
• Lead Service Desk operations to deliver fast, high‑quality issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, SaaS providers, and manage licenses and contracts.
• Standardise EUC processes, promote self‑service, automation and zero‑touch provisioning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3‑5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology or Desktop Engineering.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Strong background in IAM, SSO, IdP and access‑management solutions.
• Experience with MDM/UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management or Workspace ONE.
• Solid understanding of macOS, Windows and mobile operating systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Proactive problem‑solver with vendor management experience.
