European Supply Chain Manager – Serbia

About the role

We are looking for a European Supply Chain Manager based in Serbia to own and develop logistics for our pan‑European business. Reporting directly to the European Managing Director, you will design the end‑to‑end flow of goods, negotiate with carriers and forwarders, and build a scalable warehouse network across new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and tender freight spend to reduce logistics costs.
• Optimise the European network by cutting unnecessary movements, improving consolidation and setting replenishment rules.
• Manage European transportation (FTL, LTL, pallet, parcel, courier), select modalities shipment‑by‑shipment and run competitive carrier tenders.
• Evaluate, select, negotiate and launch 3PL partners; manage contracts, SLAs and performance.
• Lead market‑entry logistics projects for Serbia, Romania and future locations, including import processes, duties, clearance and warehouse set‑up.
• Design and optimise inter‑warehouse flows between owned locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics and supply‑chain management across multiple European markets.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
• Track record of building and scaling warehouse networks and transport operations.
