Facilities Coordinator (Serbian)

About the role

We are looking for a Serbian‑speaking Facilities Coordinator to join our gaming studio in Belgrade. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and external property stakeholders, ensuring the office environment remains safe, functional and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with landlords, property managers and neighboring tenants.
• Monitor compliance with building policies, lease agreements and occupancy terms.
• Oversee office space usage, reporting damage, misuse or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate service requests, cleaning schedules, repairs and utility requirements.
• Lead internal communications on workspace etiquette and facility guidelines.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain records of leases, inspections, service history and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1) with strong written and spoken English (B2).
• Previous experience in facilities management, property coordination or office administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
