Tenant Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tenant Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating tenants and other users of commercial spaces throughout all project phases, from design and technical documentation preparation through construction works to the opening of the premises and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing premises and prepare technical documentation and requirements for tenants.
• Communicate and coordinate with tenants, their designers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review and control tenant design documentation in line with technical standards, building regulations and investor requirements.
• Coordinate the process of obtaining approvals, permits and consents.
• Organize and coordinate tenant access to premises and commencement of works.
• Monitor construction and fit‑out works on site ensuring compliance with approved design documentation.
• Coordinate requirements for opening premises, including technical inspections, permits and final works.
• Coordinate final handover of premises and prepare handover documentation.
• Record defects and monitor timely rectification.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on project and construction status.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational and technical matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level of English (CEFR).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in tenant coordination, project management or construction/fit‑out coordination within commercial real estate.
• Experience in communication and coordination with tenants, designers and contractors.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
