Finance Controller – SAP (m/f/d)

About the role

Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Finance Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement. In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide SAP controlling module support for ZF plants worldwide.
• Manage month‑end closing processes in SAP.
• Account for automatic job controls and calculation runs.
• Create and support SAP planning and implementation.
• Check and maintain SAP master data.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 CO/FI/PS (S/4 experience is a plus).
