Project Financial Analyst II

About the role

The Project Financial Analyst II will produce and present client reporting, facilitate financial discussions, and analyze financial data for global management within Syneos Health's Clinical Solutions team.

Key responsibilities

• Produces and presents client reporting and facilitates financial discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepares, interprets and analyses financial data, business metrics and ad‑hoc reports for global management.
• Develops monthly financial reports, commentary and forecasts, including budgets, cost rates and utilization metrics.
• Serves as a primary contact for interpretation of financial results and provides insights on business growth and profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in Pharma or CRO environments.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software packages; Oracle Finance preferred.
