Freelance Pharmacovigilance Auditor (0.6–1 FTE)

About the role

ADAMAS Consulting is seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance (PV) Auditor on a freelance basis to support audits across Europe. The position can be full‑time (1 FTE) or part‑time (0.6 FTE or higher) and involves both onsite and remote audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, conduct, report and follow‑up on PV audits, including CAPA plans.
• Execute audits in line with national and international regulatory requirements and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP).
• Perform GVP quality‑assurance projects for client pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading internal and external PV audits for diverse stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of national and international PV legislation and guidelines.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering audit deliverables on time.
• Ability to identify issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• Willingness to travel for onsite audits, with the option to conduct remote audits.
