Fund Accountant

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking a motivated Fund Accountant to join its global fund administration team. You will support daily accounting operations, contribute to financial reporting, and assist with audit processes for a variety of investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and input daily journal entries.
• Produce fund financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and support year‑end audit activities.
• Monitor and record daily cash activity and fund capital allocations.
• Track portfolio company transactions and calculate investment performance returns.
• Respond to investor and investment requests.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and client‑specific assistance as required.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player capable of multitasking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
