General Manager – Future CEO Track (B2C SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, product‑mindset General Manager to lead RapidSeedbox through its next growth phase. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will gradually take full ownership of the business with the potential to become CEO based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute initiatives to boost revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize the entire B2C customer journey—from acquisition to retention and monetization.
• Set company‑wide goals, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, IT Operations, Marketing, and People Operations.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business priorities into clear, actionable projects.
• Stay close to customers, using feedback and behavior data to guide product and growth decisions.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and build systems, processes, and leadership structures for sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Strong experience scaling B2C SaaS products through a self‑service subscription model.
• Deep understanding of acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, churn reduction, and monetization.
• Background in small, bootstrapped tech companies (typically < 50 employees) with ARR between $1M–$5M.
• Proven leadership across Product, Growth, Engineering, or similar technical functions.
• Hands‑on, resourceful problem‑solver comfortable working in lean environments.
• Excellent analytical skills using funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and unit economics.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural remote teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
