HR Manager – Serbia

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee administrative and personnel functions for our operations in Serbia. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting payroll, and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and manage employment contracts, annexes, certificates and related HR documentation.
• Organize and update internal databases with records of vacations, sick leave, business trips and other absences.
• Collect, compile and upload employee information into the HRIS, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
• Provide payroll department with relevant employee data and prepare payroll input reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries, handle sensitive information discreetly and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Prepare regular HR reports and contribute to process improvements through accurate data management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Administrator or similar role, preferably in an international company.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Serbian labor laws.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
