Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in Belgrade. You will drive employee relations, develop policies, and support teams to build a sustainable, high‑performance workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, monitor satisfaction, address inquiries and nurture a positive culture.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and internal regulations aligned with business goals.
• Administer performance evaluation systems, employee development, training programs and reporting.
• Ensure policy compliance, handle disciplinary actions and other employee‑related decisions.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, contracts, notices and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll data, attendance, absences, sick leave and expense information with Accounting.
• Support Occupational Health & Safety requirements and act as the primary HR contact for staff and management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Relevant educational or professional background in Human Resources.
• Ability to work on‑site in Belgrade, 2nd shift.
