Influencer Marketing Campaign Assistant

About the role

This remote position sits at the intersection of client strategy, onboarding, and team leadership. You will serve as the crucial bridge between incoming organic demand and our execution teams, leading discovery calls, crafting tailored proposals, and setting the strategic vision. By transforming pre‑qualified leads into active, revenue‑generating campaigns, you will drive growth for our clients. Once a project is onboarded, you will delegate execution to the campaign management team while overseeing high‑level performance, client retention, and team development. The role focuses on influencer marketing, requiring you to scout, outreach, and support campaign operations.

Key responsibilities

• Scouting & Outreach: Assist in identifying, vetting, and reaching out to relevant content creators and influencers for upcoming campaigns.
• Campaign Management Support: Work closely with Campaign Managers on daily operational tasks to ensure deliverables are met and client budgets are fully utilized.
• Tracking & Administration: Maintain creator databases, track campaign communications, and assist with campaign logistics and reporting.
