Senior Manager, E-Commerce Growth

About the role

You will own the e‑commerce growth strategy and performance of two Acronis product stores, driving online revenue and customer expansion. This senior, highly autonomous role works across product, marketing, SEO, website, digital media and analytics teams to turn data into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own e‑commerce growth strategy, roadmap and performance for two Acronis product stores.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly plans to exceed online revenue targets.
• Identify funnel opportunities, prioritize a growth roadmap and own KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, traffic, average order value, CAC, ROAS and CLV.
• Lead conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and a continuous‑test‑learn culture across product pages, navigation, offers, pricing and checkout.
• Partner with SEO, digital media and marketing teams to grow qualified traffic and align campaigns with online sales goals.
• Collaborate with product, UX and analytics teams to translate product strategy into compelling online experiences.
• Influence cross‑functional initiatives through matrixed relationships without direct authority.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital growth or related disciplines, with a proven record of driving online revenue in a high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own an e‑commerce strategy, set revenue targets and operate independently with limited direction.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical mindset and experience influencing senior stakeholders across product, marketing and technology functions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of turning complex data into clear business recommendations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Cleverbridge e‑commerce platform.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experimentation/CRO tools.
• Familiarity with CMS and e‑commerce platforms, SEO tools and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI or emerging technologies to improve digital marketing or e‑commerce performance.
