Instructor & Expert – AI for Content Creation

About the role

Nebius Academy is seeking an experienced visual‑content practitioner with hands‑on AI expertise to join its team as an AI for Content Creation Teaching Expert. You will lead live sessions, workshops and labs, helping learners apply generative AI tools to produce on‑brand visual, video and interactive assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live sessions, workshops and applied learning labs on AI‑driven content creation.
• Show real‑world AI workflows for visual, video, document and interactive content production.
• Guide learners in setting up brand assets and creating presentations, one‑pagers and documents using Claude Design or similar tools.
• Assist participants in generating and editing visual assets such as banners, key visuals and illustrations.
• Demonstrate short‑video, animation and explainer creation with AI tools like RunwayML.
• Support hands‑on projects that build interactive pages and widgets through vibe‑coding platforms.
• Teach automation of recurring production tasks using plugins, n8n, Google Sheets or Google Calendar.
• Provide structured feedback and help adapt workflows to learners’ professional environments.
• Collaborate with the course team to refine templates, checklists, case studies and continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual or video content creation, communications design, marketing production or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience applying generative AI in real content‑production workflows.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, able to explain practical workflows to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Available to work within European time zones.
