Junior Logistics Fulfilment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Fulfilment Associate to join our Belgrade hub and support daily logistics operations for an international e‑commerce company. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the full fulfilment process, work with senior team members and gradually take on more responsibility in a fast‑moving, Nordic‑inspired environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shipping lists and order documentation under guidance.
• Support order processing and shipment preparation to ensure timely dispatch.
• Check and update stock levels across multiple locations.
• Validate supplier, courier and partner invoices.
• Assist in preparing and submitting customs documentation for non‑EU shipments.
• Communicate with couriers and warehouses on routine operational topics.
• Provide logistical support to warehouse and customer service teams.
• Follow established logistics protocols, flag inconsistencies and contribute to reporting using internal tools and spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) – preferred but not mandatory.
• Initial exposure to logistics, fulfilment, operations or supply chain through studies, internship or entry‑level experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems and platforms.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and readiness to ask questions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Positive, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.

• Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
