Junior Payments, Risk & Fraud Analyst

About the role

We are looking to hire a Junior Payments, Risk & Fraud Analyst to join our growing team in Belgrade. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented and analytical, with an interest in payments, fraud prevention, and risk management within the online gaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner, in line with internal policies.
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, including document verification and account validation.
• Investigate and resolve missing or delayed transactions (both deposits and withdrawals).
• Conduct risk assessments on player accounts and payment activity.
• Monitor accounts for potential fraud, suspicious behavior, and bonus abuse.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (Customer Support, VIP, Compliance, etc.).
• Liaise with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding transaction‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, KYC checks, and actions taken.
• Follow internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of payments, fraud, or risk (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
