Lead SEO

About the role

FxPro is looking for a Lead SEO to own the growth and commercial success of its organic search channel. You will lead a dedicated team, define the overall search strategy and drive measurable performance to unlock massive organic growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct deep technical and on‑page SEO audits to optimise site performance and health.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategy quickly.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the organisation.
• Create and optimise SEO content at scale, providing clear guidelines for copywriters.
• Lead, manage and empower the SEO team to achieve commercial targets.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors and modern indexing principles.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools.
• Proven leadership experience, able to manage a team and guide cross‑functional projects.
• High autonomy, capable of running multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Continuous learning mentality to stay ahead of a fast‑moving industry.

• HTML and basic JavaScript
• Structured data, meta tags and schema markup
• AI tools and automation pipelines for SEO scaling
• Python, machine learning concepts, UX/UI basics (nice to have)
