MASP Planner – Logistics Cost Analyst

About the role

The MASP Planner will analyse logistics costs for new and existing customers, develop and implement Major Account Support Plans (MASP) across local, regional and global accounts, and lead a team of MASP analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and forecast service logistics costs during opportunity and bid reviews.
• Design and implement logistics programs, processes and initiatives that impact financial, operational and service‑level results.
• Coordinate logistics support for new customer accounts and collaborate with NCR SPA, APJ and Global Service Logistics teams.
• Plan logistics support to maximise service‑level objectives, optimise asset utilisation and minimise inventory investment.
• Supervise a team of MASP analysts, conduct performance reviews and manage training and inductions.
• Communicate policies and programs that promote cooperation between logistics and other business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• APICS or related logistics qualifications (desirable).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven customer‑service experience.
• Team‑building experience and ability to work across multiple NCR business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
