Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will support the external sales team in achieving set targets and profitability goals while delivering high‑level customer service and timely enquiry handling.

Key responsibilities

• Independently build and expand the business network in the assigned region.
• Maintain existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Participate in business meetings and present the company’s product range.
• Collaborate with the sales team, booking appointments for customer visits when required.
• Understand customers’ business needs and sell the company’s extensive portfolio of stock and bespoke products.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organisational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with strict adherence to procedures and deadlines.
• Strong planning, organisation and administration abilities, capable of prioritising multiple work streams.
• Minimum two years of experience as a sales representative.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
• Clean full driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites weekly.
• Clean criminal record.
